A MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO & PRESIDENT


Dear GIBCO Family,


I hope that you and your loved ones are safe and well.

Here in GIBCO, our top priority is the well-being and safety of our employees. We have quickly adapted to the changing environment and our service continues to be usable and accessible without interruption despite our current situation. From time-to-time the action plan we have set changes to ensure business continuity.

The full cooperation of everyone is very critical now and Operating management is very eager to listen. Your management team is doing its best to recognize employees’ experience in this unique current situation and continuously update actions to best support the situation.

As a result of our General Assembly dated September 17, 2020, I am happy to share with you good news and improvements that we will implement effective immediately.

1. We will maintain our WFH arrangement to ensure safety of all employees. We will gradually increase the number of working days as follows:

a) October From 2 days to 3 days (for those employees working on a 2 day schedule) From 3 days to 4 days (for those employees working on a 3 day schedule)

b) November From 3 days to 4 days (for those employees working on a 3 day schedule) From 4 days to 5 days (for those employees working on a 4 day schedule)

c) December Full week schedule for all employees. Please note that this is subject for review and may change on a monthly basis, depends on the GIBCO production and collections received.

2. The allocated monthly internet allowance of P200.00 will be increased to P400.00. In support to the team who requires to coordinate with the clients via phone calls. We heard you and our ManCom is doing its best to support everyone. I would like to thank each one of you for showing extraordinary resilience, courage, and optimism in dealing with the situation, while continuing to bring your whole self to work, albeit remotely. I am confident that all the steps we are taking, along with our investment in employee wellness and collaborated programs will help all of us emerge much stronger on the other side of this pandemic. Please stay safe and healthy, and thank you again for your patience and efforts.
