I hope all of you and your families are healthy.
The world is different today than it was earlier this year of 2020. COVID-19 has swept across our world and nation. Uncertainty is at an all-time high, as we experience a complete disruption in our homes and workplaces. There’s no quick fix. There’s no silver bullet.
Thankfully, until now, we are still COVID free and our intention is to keep it that way. Gibco always care for employees’ wellbeing and safety. With all the measures they have put in place during this coronavirus pandemic, I am confident that we’ll successfully manage any challenges we encounter through this tough Covid-19 period.
We might not know for sure when this period of remote working will come to an end, it is nevertheless a finite situation. The best thing we can do is lean in. Listen to one another, empathize with each other’s greatest concerns, communicate frequently and confidently, and be flexible and supportive to meet our needs and help our company afloat.
In the meantime, now is the time to think creatively, work collaboratively, and be alert to the opportunities around us.
Let’s work together to keep going. Let’s make this one of our finest hours. I am convinced that we will get through this, if we do not lose our focus and goal as a company.
