The time to process a claim can vary based on the complexity of the case and the completeness of the information provided. Typically, claims are processed within a few weeks, but some may take longer if additional investigation is needed.
Ensure your safety and the safety of others involved. Immediately report the incident to GIBCO and to relevant authorities. Written notice must be given within thirty (30) days after the date of the accident. Be ready with details of Assured and insured unit/property to start the claim process. Document the scene with photos and notes if possible.
