Gianina So-Limjoco, formerly the General Manager of GIBCO, oversaw cross-functional teams and business operations for subsidiaries Group, its affiliates, and subsidiaries, including RFC, and external clients. Joining GIBCO in 2016, she rose to interim managing direction in 2018, revitalizing external operations with sustainable strategies.
In 2019, she unified internal and external operations as Operating Director, achieving remarkable results including optimizing the annual RFC caravan and surpassing renewal targets. Amid the COVID 19 pandemic in 2020, she smoothly transitioned GIBCO to remote work and expanded its Life unit, leading to her promotion to General Manager in 2021.
With prior experience in finance admin, and management roles, Gia has demonstrated exceptional learning agility and achievement, earning accolades in insurance education and serving as technical consultant for business optimization. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines and is Pursuing an MBA from Globis University in Tokyo, Japan.
